Tortured: SHC orders treatment for prisoner

The Sindh High Court directed the superintendent of the Naushero Feroz District Jail on Friday to ensure immediate treatment for a prisoner.
The prisoner was allegedly severely tortured by prison staff.
He should be treated at District Hospital, Naushero Feroze.
Chief Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi also directed the prison superintendent to submit a medical report on April 19.
Petitioner Hava approached the court, seeking bail to her son, Jaam Khan.
