Nasir Shah says rumour being spread by criminal elements

The Sindh Information Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah has denied on Tuesday the rumours that the Sindh government is contemplating to merge some dehs of Kohistan, which fall in Jamshoro district, into Malir.
"We are not considering merging Kohistan's land in the area of Malir. This is a propaganda against the Sindh government. Rather, we are working to evacuate encroachments in Malir and other areas," said the information minister.
Information minister blasts Centre for ‘false promises’
Shah further informed that the government will soon take action against elements involved in excavating gravel and sand from Malir and running a network for stealing oil from pipelines.
"The criminal elements who have supported such mafias have started a malicious campaign against the government in order to save themselves," he said, adding that people know such land mafias very well.
The minister further said that the Pakistan Peoples Party has been working for Sindh's prosperity but some quarters tend to create hindrance.

Commenting on the Joint Investigation Team's report on the Panama case, the information minister said the prime minister has lost credibility and should tender his resignation without any delay.
