Bogus Cheque: Agriculture officer denied bail
Lahore High Court rejects the interim pre arrest bail request of Agriculture Department deputy director Tahir Faizi.

The Lahore High Court rejected the interim pre arrest bail request of Agriculture Department deputy director Tahir Faizi, who is accused of writing a bogus cheque.
Muhammad Naveed filed a complaint against Faizi, saying he wrote him a cheque for Rs1.4 million that was dishonoured by the bank.
Faizi obtained interim pre-arrest bail from the sessions court and moved the LHC to confirm the bail. Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik dismissed the bail petition. The police arrested the accused.
