Nicl: FIA to produce record against Maalick
The FIA is trying to recover Rs220 million which Maalick had allegedly deposited in the account of Mohsin Warraich.
LAHORE:
A Lahore High Court division bench directed the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to produce the record of the NICL land scam against, Muhammad Maalick, also manager of the company owned by Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid-i-Azam (PML-Q) leader Moonis Elahi. The order was issued on the bail petition of Maalick. The hearing was adjourned till April 12. Maalick and others are accused of misappropriating NICL funds. The FIA is trying to recover Rs220 million which Maalick had allegedly deposited in the account of Mohsin Warraich.
