Arrested by the Muslim Town, Garden Town and Gulberg police, around eight suspects were brought to Model Town courts to appear before a magisterial court. The counsels of the accused said the policemen arrested innocent citizens and ruined their Eid just to exaggerate their efficiency, while investigation officers contended the accused were caught red-handed.
However, the judge granted bail to the accused against bonds of Rs30,000 each.
Amir, who was arrested for doing a wheelie, told The Express Tribune that he did not understand the reason for his arrest.

However, the judge, after hearing the arguments, granted them bail against bonds of Rs50,000 each.
