Bhara Kau police apprehend 9 suspected criminals
Police spokesperson says a team raided a suspected gambling den and arrested five suspected gamblers

The Bhara Kau police have arrested five gamblers red-handed and recovered stake money and other valuables from them, a police spokesperson said on Tuesday. He said a team constituted by SP-City Zubair Sheikh under Bhara Kahu SHO Athar raided a suspected gambling den and arrested five suspected gamblers besides recovering cash and valuables from them. The suspects were identified as Mehtab, Nasir, Nauman, Hammad and Naman Shehzad. Meanwhile, Bhara Kahu police official SI Shaukat Ali arrested Feeroz for carrying 145 grammes of heroin. On the other hand, Aabpara police arrested Zeb and Asif for allegedly stealing electronic equipment. Tarnol police held Rasheed for carrying 1.3 kilogrammes of hashish and 1.06 kilogrammes of heroin.
