Moving officials in devolving ministry
The new posting is a move to replace the employees of the devolving Ministry of Education.
ISLAMABAD:
Chaudhry Nazir Ahmed, Director General (DG) Libraries was given additional charge as the Director General, Federal Directorate of Education (FDE). He replaced Dr Shaheen Khan, who was performing as the acting DG for past three months. Dr Shaheen Khan is currently serving as the chairperson, Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.
Five more senior officials of the education ministry were posted as directors in the FDE and three officials were posted as deputy directors.
Some officials of the ministry have also been posted in the Staff Welfare Department and Ministry of Science and Technology.
