Kalabagh Police registered a murder case against a man for killing his father on Tuesday.
According to the FIR, the victim Akbar Khan, was mentally ill and was locked up in a room for several years. A few days back, his son Nasran suggested getting treatment at a hospital in Lahore but he refused and attacked his son with an axe.
The altercation led to Nasran shooting his father and fleeing the scene. Police officials have registered a case and are searching for the accused.
