Seven injured in IED explosion near passenger vehicle in Bajaur

At least seven people were injured when a remote controlled bomb exploded on the roadside near a vehicle carrying passengers in Dabar area of Bajaur Agency.
An official of the political administration said the explosion took place in the border area of Mamond. The injured were shifted to a hospital in Khar tehsil, he added.
Earlier in January, a Levies Force man was killed after a remote-controlled IED exploded in Mamond area. The Levies official, identified as Dilawar Khan, died in the blast at the sentry post at Loy Mamond near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.
