SSP gives SHOs 15 days to ensure quality working environment

Senior Superintendent of Police (Operations) Sajid Kiani has set a 15-day deadline for all heads of police stations to ensure quality working environment and effective policing measures in their respective areas.
He formally gave the ultimatum while addressing a meeting of police officials at National Library on Wednesday. SP (Saddar) Muhammad Hassan Iqbal, SP (City) Zubair Ahmed Sheikh, SP (Rural) Dr. Mustafa Tanveer, SP (Industrial Area) Liaquat Hyat Niazi, all SDPOs, all SHOs, Police Muharrars, personnel of Muhafiz Squad, Charlie Company, police pickets and patrol officials were present on the occasion.
The SSP ordered strict patrolling and vigilance to ensure effective policing and special crackdown against criminal elements including absconders.
He said it is prime responsibility of police officials to ensure protection to the lives and property of the citizens. Only those would stay in Islamabad police who would ensure service to public as their prime responsibility and those not following this operational code would be shown the door.
