The police have arrested 12 drug-pushers including two women and recovered narcotics and weapons from them, here on Tuesday.
Police said the teams of different police stations conducted raids, arrested 12 accused and recovered 4.615 kilogrammes of hashish, 63 bottles of liquor and two pistols from them.
Alleged graft: ACE fails to arrest cop
Police said the accused were identified as Shamim Bibi, Fatima Bibi, Muhammad Akhtar, Sikandar Ali, Asif Ali, Ali Hassan, Farhan, Muhammad Akram, Waqas and others.
Cases have been registered against the accused and further investigation was underway.
