Addiction: Drummer’s conviction overturned

Drummer seeks to have conviction wiped from his record.

LOS ANGELES:
Phil Rudd, drummer of rock band AC/DC, has had his cannabis conviction quashed by a court in New Zealand on the grounds that it would have interfered with his travel exploits. The drummer was seeking to have his conviction for possessing 27 grams of marijuana, wiped from his record.
