ISLAMABAD:
The chief justice of the Islamabad High Court(IHC) on Friday set up a new bench to hear the child maid torture case. Justice Aamer Farooq of the IHC would now hear the case. The bench was formed after Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani had recused from hearing the case at the last hearing because he had declared the suspects – Additional District and Sessions Judge Raja Khurram (on OSD) and his wife Maheen Zafar - as guilty in an IHC inquiry.
