My favourite fruit – avocados, (yes it’s a fruit)! They are the best because they are so versatile and taste so good! You can eat them for breakfast, lunch or dinner or use them as part of a face or hair mask! I use these in almost every workout! They make the easiest exercises super challenging, which makes my workout even more intense — all you need is your body and your bands!

Jump Rope



One of my favourites and also super fun! I love that you can literally do it anywhere (as long as you have some open space) — it is so good for your agility, hand-to-eye coordination and balance. And you can always keep learning new moves!
