No contest: PU checkmates and out shoots the competition

The Punjab University seemed to have its game on during an archery and chess tournament at the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore sports complex. The event was organised by UVAS in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission Islamabad.
In the chess contest for men, the University of Punjab took first position, while University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, (UET) clinched second. University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) was third on the cost.
The Punjab University’s aim was also on point as it claimed first place in the men’s archery competition. University of Central Punjab was second position, while Government College University Lahore (GCU) took third. Even the PU women showed their sight was finely tuned as they won the female archery contest. Government Collage University Lahore (GCU) was second, while Imperial University Lahore took third.
