A man succumbed to injuries sustained after a mob brutally beat him for objecting to public urination in Delhi on Sunday.
Ravinder Kumar raised objections after he saw two men urinating in public near his e-rickshaw stand. According to the victim’s brother, Virender Kumar, the men, who threatened to teach him a less, came back in the evening with a gang to beat him up.

The 34-year-old did not immediately see a doctor but was rushed to the hospital later at night after falling unconscious. He was declared dead by the doctors.
A case has been filed with the local police based on testimonies from eyewitnesses while the hunt for the culprits is on. "Investigations are on. Police teams have been formed to arrest them," said Surinder Kumar, a senior official of police.

Taking notice of the incident, union Minister Venkajah Naidu tweeted that the parking attendant was promoting “Swachh Bharat” – a cleanliness campaign initiated by the Indian prime minister Narendra Modi. He then tweeted his disappointment,
