Truckanwala murder: Gogi Butt acquitted
Butt's counsel submitted that police has no evidence against his client and he is wrongfully implicated.

An Anti-Terrorism Court on Saturday acquitted Khawaja Aqeel alias Gogi Butt in Tipu Truckanwala murder case.
In a petition filed under Section 265-K of the Criminal Procedure Code, Aqeel’s counsel had submitted that the police had no evidence against his client and that they were wrongfully implicating him.
He said his client was not nominated in the FIR of the case. According to the FIR, armed assailants had killed Arif Amir alias Tipu Truckanwala at the parking lot of Allama Iqbal International Airport.
