Police in Islamabad have arrested a “mentally challenged” woman who allegedly slaughtered her two sons with a knife.
Faraz Naz, a resident of Barma Town killed her sons using a sharp knife on Wednesday, police sources told The Express Tribune. The victims were identified as seven-year-old Zeeshan and four-year-old Aryan.
Woman slaughters two girls in Lodhran
The suspect was taken into custody within the jurisdiction of Police Station Kahnna and was later moved to a police station while the bodies of the victims were shifted to a local hospital for medical legal formalities.
In March, a woman had slaughtered two girls in Lodhran over a personal dispute with their parents. According to police, the suspect slit throats of 10-year-old Sonia and three-year-old Alisha with a sharp knife while they were present in a park.
