RAWALPINDI:
The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) on Wednesday sealed a property in the Asghar Mall Scheme area during an operation against illegal construction.
According to RDA spokesman, the Building Control Wing of the authority stopped illegal construction of the building owned by Raja Farooq Sarfraz and Sheikh Shehzad.
The owners were constructing a building in violation of Punjab Development of Cities Act 1976 and RDA Building and Zoning Regulations 2007 under section 39 and 8.2.2.
