Apple has a dedicated website to convince Android users to switch to iPhone
A few years ago, Apple launched a similar campaign to persuade Windows PC users to "Get a Mac"
With three new iPhones to be released later this year, Apple has taken a different approach to convince consumers to switch to their device.
Instead of marketing its devices and taking sly jibes at its competitors, Apple has taken a more direct route to convince Android users to switch to iPhone. The iPhone maker launched a website on Monday aimed at persuading people who currently have an Android phone to buy an iPhone.
When you enter the website you are faced with a question: "Will it be easy to switch to iPhone?"
iPhone 8 might cost you as much as a MacBook
Followed by Apple's reply: "Yes, it will. There's no need to save your stuff elsewhere before switching from Android. Just download the Move to iOS app from the Google Play Store and it securely transfers your content for you."
Apple has been focusing on luring Android users towards their iPhone with Apple CEO Tim Cook using statistics about the number of "switchers" from Android to iPhone, as a significant portion of their data.
"We saw the largest absolute number of switchers outside of greater China that we've ever seen in the same period," Cook said on the company's latest earnings call, according to MacRumors.

Previously, Apple targeted Android customers using a different website that was taken down. They also released an app two years ago called "Move to iOS for Android", designed to help switchers.
Similarly, Apple also launched a similar campaign to persuade Windows PC users to "Get a Mac."
