Balochistan unrest: Bullet-riddled body of poet found

Another bullet-riddled body of a Baloch missing person was found from Saryab area.

QUETTA: Another bullet-riddled body of a Baloch missing person was found from Saryab area of provincial capital on Friday morning, police said.  Pedestrians spotted the body of Rehmatullah Bangulzai near Barech town within the limits of the new Saryab Police Station. The police shifted the body to Bolan Medical Complex for autopsy where the body was identified as that of Rehmatullah, a well known poet hailing from Mach area of Bolan district.  “The victim was shot in head and chest while body had torture marks,” sources at hospital said. Rehmatullah Bangulzai was whisked away near Mach town in Bolan district on March 12. Since then he had been listed as missing. The victim was an upcoming poet who wrote in Balochi and Brahvi languages.
