CDA sells 21 commercial plots on day three
On the first day, 15 residential plots worth over Rs500 million were auctioned

The CDA concluded its three-day auction at Jinnah Convention Centre on Thursday. During the auction, 46 residential and commercial plots were sold fetching over Rs11 billion rupees.
On the third day, 21 commercial plots worth over Rs10.6 billion were sold. On the first day, 15 residential plots worth over Rs500 million were auctioned while on the second day, 10 commercial plots worth Rs8.58 billion went under the hammer.
Islamabad Mayor Anser Aziz expressed his pleasure over the auction of residential and commercial plots. He also appreciated the efforts of the Dr Fahad Haroon Aziz, CDA Member Finance for conducting a successful and transparent auction.
On third day of the auction, 21 plots fetched Rs2.108 billion. Plot No36, sprawling over 3,000 square yards in Sector I-8 Markaz – meant for a hotel - fetched the highest price on Thursday, going for a rate of Rs160,000 per square yard to draw a total bid of Rs480 million.
