Four killed, six injured in Balochistan incidents

Quetta police arrest two suspects during routine patrolling

QUETTA: At least four persons were killed while six others injured in different incidents of firing and road mishaps in Balochistan on Thursday.

According to details, a person was killed in Khesar Pul area of Nushki by unknown assailants. The deceased was identified as Peer Muhammad, a resident of Chagai. The assailants managed to escape while the cause of the murder could not be ascertained.

Separately, a man was killed in an armed clash between two groups in Jafferabad area of Balochistan while two others were injured. In yet another incident in Jaffarabad, a man lost his life in an accident. The deceased identified as Rasheed Brohi was riding a motorbike when it was hit by a donkey cart. The man died of his wounds.

Also, a man lost his life in Gwadar’s Pasni tehsil when a speeding car overturned. The deceased was identified as Saleh Muhammad while four others were also injured. They were identified as Shamim, Shahid, Basit and Noor Bakhsh.

Moreover, the Quetta police arrested two suspects during routine patrolling who were identified as Ubaidullah and Raz Muhammad. The police recovered one Kalashnikov, one pistol and several bullets, including magazines, from their custody.
