‘Corruption is a plague’

Zaheer highlighted how teachers could demonstrate high character values and inculcate the same among students

LAHORE: Virtual University of Pakistan (VUP), in collaboration with National Accountability Bureau (NAB), organised a seminar on “Freedom From Corruption Improves Quality of Life” at the MA Jinnah Campus Lahore on Wednesday.

The objective of the event was to raise awareness among the masses about the effects of corruption. Noted scholar Professor Dr Khalid Zaheer, Forman Christian College University Vice Rector Dr Cusrow J Dubash were the guest speakers at the seminar.

NAB’s anti-corruption campaign has been successful

In his speech, Dr Khalid Zaheer highlighted how teachers could demonstrate high character values and inculcate the same among students. Dr Cusrow briefed the participants on the role of a good citizen in a society. He in strict policy implementation.
