India's RSS promises couples customised, fair 'super babies'
Dr Karishma Narvin, a visiting lecturer from Gujrat University conducted the workshop
The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) medical wing is promising “dark-skinned” parents customised babies with a fair complexion.
On Friday, the Calcutta High Court granted permission to the RSS-linked Arogya Bharati to carry out a workshop on how to conceive fair and tall children.
According to NDTV, this workshop explained procedures through ancient secrets on how to conceive a ‘susantan’ or a super baby.
Dr Karishma Narvin, a visiting lecturer from Gujrat University conducted the workshop which was priced at INR500 per couple.
India’s RSS schools found promoting religious intolerance
“Modern-day genetic science allows for genetic engineering in vitro, which is in a petri dish, whereas the garbh sanskar which they propagate would enable this genetic engineering to be in vivo, inside the womb itself,” said Dr Hitesh Jani while talking to NDTV.
Even though the court allowed the programme to be held, it did not allow any money to be charged nor did they give permission to administer any treatment. They even asked the event to be videotaped and submitted to the court.
“Garbh Sanskar, a scientifically proven fact, is an amazing way of teaching/educating and bonding with unborn baby in womb during pregnancy,” says the website of Garbhvigyan Anusandhan Kendra.
Couples are asked to increase the good karmic level to such an extent that the divine soul chooses it to be its parents.
Post “Garbh Sankar” children are likely to have early development of sentence formation apart from being more creative, brave and less stubborn than other children. This is done via Panchkarma therapies and Ayurvedic herbs and by regulating diet through activity plans and yoga.
'India is destroying sports in Pakistan'
“The project claims to have delivered 450 customised babies successfully,” reports The Indian Express. They also said some of the protocols will involve three months of purification and the time of intercourse will be decided by the position of the planets but that intercourse is not permitted during pregnancy.
All of this combined together will give the couples their perfectly customised child. This project was started in Gujarat and plans to have centres in every state by 2020.
