A community health fair was organised at the Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayad Al-Nahyan Medical and Dental College (SKZMDC) on Sunday. “It’s an annual tradition of the college, serving as a platform where students and the members of the community come together to share ideas,” said SKZMDC Dean Dr Farid Ahmed Khan while inaugurating the fair. He added such events are fundamental to cherishing a healthy, functional society and the hospital is playing an active role in this regard. The aim of the community health fair is to create awareness among the public about healthy habits, he added. “It also helps people understand the difference between health and disease.”
