Kashmiris are victim of India’s state sponsored terrorism: COAS
Army chief vows to stand by Kashmiris’ rightful political struggle for their right to self-determination
ISLAMABAD:
Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Sunday termed violence in the Indian-occupied Kashmir (IoK) "New Delhi’s state-sponsored terrorism".
“The violence perpetuated by Indian forces in IoK is state-sponsored terrorism by all definitions,” the army chief said during his visit to Haji Pir Sector along the Line of Control (LoC).
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), General Bajwa said, while the Indian aggression and frustration targeted the innocent Kashmiris and the people living in villages along the Pakistani side of the border, “we must keep our response purely in the military domain in accordance with our values.”
