We've all played the five-finger fillet game as kids using twigs, straws, and blunt pencils. For a challenge, those of us missing a few brain cells have used pointier objects such as freshly sharpened pencils and even knives. And thrill seekers seeking an extra challenge have even let their friends practice on them while holding their breaths with a first aid kit nearby.
