Shocking! Former Bond girl now homeless
Six years back, Lana's life was not as difficult as it is today when she used to live in two-story California home
Previous era Bond girl Lana Wood may have been remembered as the sultry girl as Plenty O'Toole in Diamonds Are Forever, but it was pretty shocking to learn that the very same famous actor is now struggling to make the ends meet.
The stunning actress and her sister, Natalie Wood, were once Hollywood royalty, but today, she is homeless, squeezing into a motel room outside Los Angeles with her daughter Evan, son-in-law, three grandchildren, and two dogs.
"It has been very difficult for the kids," Wood told Inside Edition. "They feel like they have no privacy."

With just few snacks and plain water in a tiny motel kitchen instead of lavish buffets, and bargains at goodwill instead of pricey gowns the actor used to wear, when the star was asked what happened that she has been reduced to such conditions, she quietly replied, "Real life."
Before shifting in a motel, Lana used to live with Evans and her grandchildren in a rented home in California. But when they even ran out of the money to afford the rent of the house, the eventually had to move out. With no one to take them in, the family was suddenly homeless.
“You live in a snow globe and the world is upside down, emotional,” Wood said. “It's like the rugs have been pulled out from under you. And it's just difficult to cope with.”
To make the matters worse, Wood also needs two knee replacement surgeries.
"I don't know how much more we can take," she said.
Six years back, however, Lana's life was not as difficult as it is today when she used to live in two-story California home.

It was the time when she was still searching for answers from Natalie’s husband, Robert Wagner, about her sister’s mysterious 1981 drowning death.
Later, authorities cleared that Robert Wagner is not a suspect. He denies any involvement in her death.
Due to the tiff, the former Bond girl can't even turn to her late sister's family for help.
Lana also asserted that if her sister saw her today, she would be completely devastated and would fix the problems she has faced.
Inside Edition then set up a GoFundMe page to help the yesteryear star's financial problem, which has already raised more than $6,000.
Lana is hoping to get her family back on their feet and buy a new home.
