Your Stars Today

Aries | March 20 – April 18

A lively exchange of ideas is one thing. But judging by the current rather volatile planetary setup, what you expected would become interesting conversations could turn into a real battle. The subject isn’t the problem but, rather, the egos of the individuals involved. Yes, this includes you as well as others.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

As a practical earth sign, while you’re happy to learn about and discuss new ideas, if there’s too much talk, you get frustrated. However, with the ideas planet Mercury remaining retrograde until next Wednesday, you’re better off taking things slowly. What you discover over the next couple of days could change everything.

Gemini | May 20 – June 20

It’s not that you’re anxious about putting yourself first. However, because you’ll often view things from so many angles, your priorities change frequently and, on occasion, dramatically. Now that the planet of focus and action, Mars, is in Gemini, the time has come to decide what will be the coming months’ priority.

Cancer | June 21 – July 21

Just when you thought there was little chance of long cherished ideas, plans or ventures coming good, the tide is turning in your favour. True, if you’re to take things to the next stage, it would mean making a few changes. Worrying as these may seem initially, they’re wise and well timed.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

Some firmly believe that, when Mercury’s retrograde, as it now is, everything goes wrong. If so, you’ll want to avoid making decisions or responding to the current appealing offers until midweek, when it resumes forward motion. Or you could act now, and take advantage of offers as stunning as they are fleeting.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

Although you try not to let them irritate you, certain individuals inevitably come across as ‘know-it-alls’, that is, they simply assume they’re better informed than you are. With so much in transition, however, that may well be the case. Annoying as they are, at least listen to what they have to say.

Libra | September 22 – October 22

Since early March, your ruler Venus has been retrograde, moved through two signs, and on the 15th, resumed forward motion. While that period was as informative as it was unsettling, the move by Venus to accent close alliances begins a powerful period of discussion and, in some cases, healing.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

It’s easy to blame all sorts of problems on Mercury’s retrograde cycle, which ends on Wednesday. But it’s no more than the planet of communication and the issues you’re dealing with  involve  trust ratherthan hard facts. That being the case, it’s the ideal time to talk these over.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 20

There are times when questions are sincere and need to be answered. Now, however, you’ll want to recognise you’re in a period that involves frequent changes in the actual circumstances you and others are dealing with. This means what seems solid information one day will be different the next, and soon be unreliable.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 18

As a Capricorn, you’re a portrait in contrasts. While you’re hugely productive, you can be lazy and while you’ve an amazing sense of humour, you can be stern. The current issue is revealing what’s on your mind. While you can be very private, at the moment you’ll need to be more open, if not frank.

Aquarius | January 19 – February 17

It’s rare you’ll insist on having the last word in a discussion, exchange of ideas or even argument. Yet in one particular situation your feelings are so strong that you consider it essential others know exactly where you stand. You’re right to do this. It will eliminate confusion, once and for all.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

As with all periods of change, you adapt well, while others take time and a few resist making even the most minor alterations until the last minute. At the moment, however, things will be moving so swiftly that those who’re reluctant to rethink things will be given little choice.
