Horoscope: April 24, 2017
Aries | March 20 – April 18
The time has come to tackle certain controversial situations. While you’ve had good reason to avoid these, if you’re to take things further, you’ll need to talk matters over in detail. Irritating as the slowdown this requires may be, what you learn will prove astonishingly informative, as you’ll soon discover.
Taurus | April 19 – May 19
The clash between your ruler Venus and the tough Saturn may have taken place a few days ago. However, you’re probably still reviewing certain of the issues it highlighted, especially out of balance relationships. While you can’t remedy everything at once, knowing what needs to be done is a good start.
Gemini | May 20 – June 20
Last Friday the dynamic Mars moved into Gemini, for a six-week stay. While this cycle of action, growth and the occasional challenge has only just begun, you’re probably already aware of one of its most pronounced influences, which is the timely and welcome boost it gives to your energy.
Cancer | June 21 – July 21
When certain potentially upsetting issues first arose, you weren’t sure how some individuals would react, so kept them to yourself. Over the past few days, however, you’ve realised others not only need to be informed about what’s going on, you’d benefit from their suggestions. The sooner you bring these up, the better.
Leo | July 22 – August 21
Now that your ruler the Sun has moved to accent the structure of your life, out in the world and at home, the time has come to discuss increasingly pressing changes. While, only recently, these seemed unlikely, the current focus on them will clarify what needs to be done and, importantly, when.
Virgo | August 22 – September 21
It’s not that you’ve been silent about your views or feelings in regard to certain joint ventures. However, you might have been so diplomatic that others are unaware that the outcome is of considerable importance to you. In any case, it’s worth discussing these now, and as frankly and thoroughly as possible.
Libra | September 22 – October 22
While it’s understandable that you’d want to deal with, or otherwise calm any fallout from recent rather tense situations, you’re better off ignoring these. Unwise as that seems now, the coming days’ events will be so demanding and, in some cases, thrilling that those recent minor dramas will suddenly be of little significance.
Scorpio | October 23 – November 21
As you begin the week, you might wonder or even worry that you were too open about your views or, possibly, feelings about certain matters. While it’s true, you were uncharacteristically frank, not only were others happy to learn these facts, what they’ve discovered will clear up any existing confusion.
Sagittarius | November 22 – December 20
It’s rare that you’re stubborn, and it’s even rarer that you become so obsessed with one particular situation that you refuse even to consider changes. Yet you’ve been unable to move past what arose in late March. Pause and think through whether this is worth all the thought you’re giving to it.
Capricorn | December 21 – January 18
There are a few silent Capricorns but there are far more who’re sociable, if not downright chatty. Yet at the moment what seem rather unimportant conversations aren’t just of significance, they could lead to exciting ideas. The more open you are about your own ideas, the more forthcoming others will be about theirs.
Aquarius | January 19 – February 17
The Sun’s encounter with your ruler Uranus on 14 April triggered a cycle of review, discussion and exploration. While there’s been talk of change, nothing has excited you. That will happen, but not until the 28th, when Mercury meets Uranus and shifts the focus on to exploring those ideas and their potential.
Pisces | February 18 – March 19
Everybody hears about Mercury’s retrograde cycle, but the recent period of reverse movement by the planet of money and relationship, Venus, has just ended and, of as much importance, it’s in your own sign, Pisces. This suggests you’ll finally be able to untangle a range of issues, especially involving these matters already noted.
