In order to harness managerial and administrative skills of rescue officers, the Punjab Emergency Service has established a managers training centre (MTC) at the Emergency Services Academy.
Human Resources Deputy Director Dr Fawaad Shahzad Mirza has been designated as the MTC director for an effective human resource management.
Rescue 1122 Director General Dr Rizwan Naseer said an efficient inventory management was essential to ensure timely availability of lifesaving machinery.
