AIOU to sponsor 17 employees for Umrah

ISLAMABAD:
AIOU will send 17 of its employees to perform Umrah this year. AIOU Vice Chancellor Dr Shahid Siddiqui had restored the varsity’s Umrah scheme which had been discontinued four years ago. In this regard, a draw was held at the varsity’s main campus, to select the winners.
As a result, 17 AIOU employees were selected by the varsity to visit Makkah and Madina this year. The scheme will now be made a regular feature.
