It seems Samsung is not having the start it wished for with the new flagship device Galaxy S8.
The South Korean tech giant sent a statement to media outlets on Tuesday confirming the voice command feature of its much-hyped AI assistant Bixby won’t work when Galaxy S8 will be launched later this month.

The Galaxy S8 users will have to wait till “later this spring” to interact with Bixby.
However, the assistant's other features — including an integrated camera function called ‘Bixby Vision’, which can identify objects and display related info onscreen, ‘Bixby Home’ and ‘Bixby Reminder’ will be shipped when the phone is launched.
“Key features of Bixby, including Vision, Home and Reminder, will be available with the global launch of the Samsung Galaxy S8 on April 21. Bixby Voice will be available in the US on the Galaxy S8 later this spring,” the statement reads.
