CPEC: Sindh governor hails Romania’s interest
The growing volume of bilateral trade between the two countries was a positive development

Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair on Tuesday praised Romania’s interest in joining the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project. In a meeting with a 12-member delegation of the Pakistan-Romania Business Council, the governor said that the growing volume of bilateral trade between the two countries was a positive development that could be further bolstered through CPEC. “It is heartening to note that bilateral trade volume between Pakistan and Romania has reached $300 billion as it reflects confidence mutually enjoyed by both nations,” he said. Meanwhile, Zubair added that improved law and order situation, along with proper planning and economic policies, was crucial to attract foreign investment.
