Moving With The Times: CDA introduces e-filing system
The newly introduced system has been prepared and installed in the CDA by the National Information Technology Board

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has introduced an e-filling system for its officials which will be implemented in a phased manner in different directorates of the civic agency. CDA Member Administration Yasir Peerzada, who is heading the project, said that they were focusing on introducing safe, secure, speedy and cost effective administrative system in the civic body. The newly introduced system had been prepared and installed in the CDA by the National Information Technology Board (NITB). The system is capable of preparing, moving and checking files with a reliable security system. An e-office application has been introduced in collaboration with the NITB. A letter adds that preliminary training regarding the application had already been given to employees working in directorates falling under the administrative control of Member Administration. Moreover, all new files from April 3 must be initiated via the e-office application.
