Cpne meeting: Law and order improved: Shoaib

He pointed out that the improvement in the law and order in the country is also being appreciated internationally

The overall law and order situation of country has improved due to the effective measures taken by the government for the national security, said the Federal Secretary National Security Division Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui.

He was talking to members of the Council of Pakistan Newspaper Editors [CPNE] in Karachi. Shoaib pointed out that the improvement in the law and order in the country is also being appreciated internationally. He also spoke of the importance of the media in the present age for the dissemination of knowledge.

The meeting was also attended by Senior Vice-President of CPNE Aamir Mahmood, and Secretary General Aijaz ul Haq. A shield was also presented to Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui on the occasion.
