OPF to launch project for returnees

OPF is set to launch a project for reintegration of returnee workers in Pakistan and assist them in finding jobs

ISLAMABAD: The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) is set to launch a project for reintegration of returnee workers in Pakistan and assist them in finding jobs in the country, said an official source on Wednesday. He said that Pakistan and South Korea have agreed to collaborate for provision of job opportunities to returnee Pakistani workers, adding that the government has given top priority to provide all possible services to our migrant workers and Pakistani community living in different parts of the world. Recently, in this regard, the Federal Minister directed OPF to hold consultation with the Korean Embassy officials to collaborate in providing jobs to returnee workers from Korea and other countries. He said that the government of Korea will continue receiving trained labour forces from Pakistan to work in different industries in Korea.
