Fourth ICIBM: Moot on sustainable business practices
The two-day 4th International Conference on Contemporary Issues in Business Management will begin today

The two-day 4th International Conference on Contemporary Issues in Business Management (ICIBM) will begin today (Tuesday) at the University of Central Punjab (UCP). The UCP has organised the conference in collaboration with the Kedge Business School, France. A press release issued on Monday stated Punjab Higher Education Minister Syed Ali Raza Gillani and Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) Chairman Dr Nizamuddin will be chief guests at the opening and closing ceremonies, respectively. The opening ceremony will be followed by a panel discussion, which includes notable guests from Pakistan and France. The conference is looking to explore and illuminate different aspects of sustainable business practices in South Asia. “Sustainability is one of the major challenges affecting emerging economies in the 21st century, and the 4th International Conference on Contemporary Issues in Business Management focuses on the issue with the intention that it will further contribute towards creating and fostering theoretical and applied knowledge in this field,” the statement added.
