Cpec’s Domain: PHC seeks AG’s explanation

The Peshawar High Court on Thursday asked the attorney general (AG) to explain if the issue of CPEC was raised at the Council of Common Interests (CCI) as it falls under the council’s domain. The court also directed the AG to assist the court whether the matter falls within the jurisdiction of CCI. The bench has asked him to submit his reply by April 27. The explanation was sought by a bench headed by PHC Chief Justice Yahya Afridi.
