Behind bars: Police arrest four for kite-flying
Separate cases have been registered against the accused.

The police claimed to have arrested four accused involved in kite-flying on Monday. A police official said Hajipura police managed to arrest Mushtaq, Adnan, Kamran and Asif from different localities over kite-flying. Separate cases have been registered against the accused.
