Mini Olympics: ‘Students the beacon of hope’
Punjab University Vice-Chancellor lauds college administration, students on successful arrangements of the event.
LAHORE:
Students should give a message of hope to the country and the nation through positive activities, said Punjab University Vice-Chancellor Dr Zafar Mueen Nasir.
He was addressing the inaugural ceremony of mini-Olympics at the Punjab University College of Information Technology (PUCIT) New Campus on Monday.
Dr Zafar lauded the college administration and students on successful and colourful arrangements of the event. He said the passion of students was a clear proof of Pakistan’s bright future, adding his policy was merit which was already implemented in PUCIT.
The new building of the college would start soon, he said, adding that the college administration would launch research journal as well.
PUCIT Principal Dr Mansoor Sarwar said the administration was paying attention to positive activities of the students.
