The International Women's Day is celebrated with emotions of liberation, independence, and salvation for the women around the globe.

While everyone is observing the day by showcasing the strength and vehemence, one Bollywood star has spoken up about women's rights and safety, and it has made us wonder, why exactly are we celebrating this day?

Kriti Sanon, in collaboration with Ms Taken, an Indian brand highlights the real problem that needs to be addressed in the light of this day. Are women safe?

In a video, posted on Ms Taken's Facebook page, and later on Kriti's official account, the Dilwale actor is seen holding placards.

The video starts, as she wishes everyone Women's Day. But soon rephrase it to "Same Sh**, Different Year."
