Health Park Project: Chinese giant shows interest in Sindh
SBI Chief Naheed Memon said that the Sindh government would welcome cooperation in the project

A delegation from China Communication Construction Company met with officials of the Sindh Board of Investment (SBI) on Tuesday and showed interest in a health park project in the province. SBI Chief Naheed Memon said that the Sindh government would welcome cooperation in the project and both parties agreed to proceed by holding further discussions and devise a concerted strategy. “We informed the delegation about the long-term investment opportunities in development of infrastructure, including construction of roads and bridges,” she said. The chief also told members of the delegation that Hyderabad-Mirpurkhas road is an example of the largest project executed under public-private partnership. Senior officials from SBI and Sindh’s finance department were also present during the meeting.
