Govt Post Graduate College Attock to get Rs2 million for the procurement of lab equipment

The Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Sheikh Aftab Ahmad has said that government was committed to provide higher education facilities to the students and for the purpose billion of rupees were being spent. He was talking to the students of MSc Chemistry of Govt Post Graduate College Attock. The minister said that all the facilities required for establishing laboratories in government colleges would be ensured. Ahmad told the students and Principal Ghulam Mustafa Kiyani that he has approved Rs2 million for the procurement of lab equipment for their college. Further funds will be allocated as per the need of the college, he said. Meanwhile addressing Parents Day at Al Sadiq Public Secondary School, Ahmad said only education can produce better citizens, who can meet the challenges of the modern times. He praised the role of private sector in enhancing literacy rate.
