SIALKOT:
District Commissioner Muhammad Asif distributed buffaloes and cows among 252 poor and deserving women on Thursday. The animals were given to underprivileged rural women to help them financially. The measure would enable them to earn a respectable livelihood. Earlier in November 2016, as many as 260 poor women of Kot Chatha District received sheeps and goats free of charge under the Punjab government’s Ghareeb Parwar Scheme.
