Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators will now take each other on in the first play-off and the winner will be granted direct qualification in the final. Meanwhile, the second play-off will be played between Karachi Kings and Islamabad United.
However, the road to the final will not end for the first play-off losers as they will take on the winner of the second play-off in the third play-off to ascertain their place in the final.
