ISLAMABAD: The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) has assured the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) of support to build capacity of the bureau’s officers. This was stated by UNODC Executive Director Aldo Lale Demoz while leading a delegation of the body to meet with NAB Chairman Qamar Zaman Chaudhry on Friday. Chaudhry said that NAB valued the contribution of UNODC for building capacity of NAB’s investigation officers, especially the Training of Trainers (TOT). He said that NAB is the focal institution for country review of Pakistan under the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) by Joint Reviewers from September 7-10, 2015.
