School’s ‘out’ for good

HYDERABAD:
Orders of a lower court to vacate a school set up in a rented building were reaffirmed by the Sindh High Court (SHC), Hyderabad bench on Friday.

Parents of the students who were studying in the school appealed against a senior civil judge’s decision to the SHC but their petition was dismissed on Friday. According to the petition, 450 student fees for June and July had already been paid, therefore they should be allowed to attend school till at least their annual exams were over.

However, the SHC after hearing both sides went with the decision of the lower court. A large number of students, teachers and parents attended the hearing.
