KARACHI: University of Karachi’s (KU) vice-chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Ajmal Khan appointed Dr Muhammad Moiz Khan, an assistant professor at the department of general history, as the incharge of the student’s guidance, placement and overseas examinations bureau. Dr Moiz will assume charge after the early retirement of former director Prof Dr Fateh Muhammad Burfat. He is also a member of the syndicate and secretary of the Karachi University Teachers Society. KU’s director of admissions Prof Dr Khalid Iraqi has notified that after verification from the examinations department, the mark sheets of two students of the morning programme-have been forged and tampered with, therefore their admissions have been cancelled.
